Senior / Software Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for CRM system design 

• Communicate with the end-user and tailor-made suitable system solutions. 

• Handle coding, performance testing and debugging. 

• Prepare system user guides and documentations 

• Work closely with the technology team and participate in product development. 

• Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation and resolving potential issues to ensure smooth operations. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field. 

• Good communication skills, and attention to detail.
